It’s the ideal place to begin for anyone with specific training goals, injuries, or health issues.

Single class $70.00
Series of 4 privates $240.00 ($60 per class)
Series of 8 privates $440.00 ($55 per class)
Series of 10 privates $520.00 ($52 per class)

SEMI-PRIVATE (DUET) PILATES INSTRUCTION
Instruction for 2 people only, training on various pieces of Balanced Body equipment. Ideal for training partners who enjoy a small group setting and benefit from each other’s motivation.
DUET RATES:
Single class $40/person
Series of 4 duets $140/person ($35 per class)
Series of 8 duets $240/person ($30 per class)
