National Training Curriculum

The ABT National Training Curriculum  providest he highest quality

ballet training to dance students of all ages and skill levels.

 ABT certified teachers certified teachers are Linden McPherson,

Laura McPherson, Khilea Douglass and Anaite Arnold .

Consistent with the stylistic requirements of ABT National Training Curriculum,

Pacific Dance Center aims to provide dancers with a rich knowledge of classical technique and the ability to adapt to all styles and techniques of dance. The emphasis at

Pacific Dance Center is on dance training and performing in an inspiring atmosphere.

Summer dance classes, camps and our Professional Development Intensive are held each summer at Pacific Dance Center. The intensive offers a multi-disciplinary dance curriculum and is designed to educate aspiring pre-professional dancers. The comprehensive curriculum combines respected ballet principles with cutting-edge knowledge of biomechanics, kinesiology, and injury prevention. 

Our Wellness Lecture Series covers topics on nutrition, women’s  health,

stress management and strength training.

Pacific Dance Center's purpose is to provide a solid dance foundation to prepare dancers for college or a career in the dance profession.
